    Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical (Group) Co., Ltd. became the shareholder of Guilin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. through increase in capital and shares and Guilin Pharma has then turned to a member of Fosun Pharma.
    2001
    Guilin Pharmaceutical Factory merged with Guilin No. 2 Pharmaceutical Factory.Five enterprises including Guilin Pharmaceutical Factory merged into Guilin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

    Guilin Pharmaceutical Works and Shanghai Tangshiyi Pharmaceutical Works merged into Guilin Pharmaceutical Factory of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

    Guilin Pharmaceutical factory was founded with approval of Bureau of Light Industry of Guilin, Guangxi.
